Established in early 2005, Intelligent Bills quickly became a major player in the TEM industry. Our founder is a TEM industry pioneer who has played a significant role in the drafting, development, growth, and stabilization of some of today’s premier TEM providers. From needs assessment to implementation to vendor performance management, our experts have three decades of experience and capabilities in all areas of TEM & MDM and every step of the outsourcing lifecycle. Through a deep understanding of analytics, honest discussion, and a plethora of successful wins, Jose creates simplified and attainable business solutions for organizations with complex operational problems.
Having over 25+ years of experience in telecom and financial management, he continues to be impactful in all roles that have led to managing services teams he has built have become leaders in their respective spaces. His sharp focus on ensuring Intelligent Bills continues to over-deliver and delight customers with our commitment to their success is at the core of the company’s success.
Jose has been with the love of his life, Melissa, for 36 years and married for 24 and together have raised two beautiful daughters.

Kevin Wilson
Principal Solutions Consultant
Kevin Wilson is a technical and financial management expert with over 20 years in the telecommunications industry working with many of the Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Over the past 20+ years, Kevin has gained experience working on the client, vendor, and expense management side of the business, helping him gain invaluable insight into the inner workings of what makes or breaks a business. His background has been focused on project management, vendor management, asset management, BPO/BPI, financial/strategic sourcing, TEM Compliance/Management, and technical consulting.
Kevin is a father of 2 and has been married for 24 years. When he’s not spending time with his family, Kevin is working with elite HS and Collegiate soccer players, helping them navigate the college recruitment process through real-life experience and direction.
