The new technology proposed offered a better delivery model, resulting in a more efficient workplace. Fewer calls were dropped, internet speeds were increased, and the customer was provided with a better user experience.

- Spoke to a variety of suppliers to scope out the project and price out the most comprehensive solution, keeping in mind the need for scalability.
- RFI/RFP Type effort with various vendors, Comcast was scored and selected as the most dependable solution capable of meeting their adjustable bandwidth needs, but also based on its high service marks, top-of-the-line infrastructure, and dedicated channel team.
- Recommending the 3-year term with Comcast, with the plan to aid in their expansion in the future.
